Hark Digital was instructed by QASSS, the company behind the new Dispute Assist brand hitting the sector, specialising in disputes within the construction and renewable energy sector.
The project involved the creation of a new website that had to facilitate a number of new processes for the brand including:
· Enabling organisations to sign up to Dispute Assist online, from their mobile devices
· Enabling organisations to subscribe via a number of different payment options
· Enabling organisations to utilise the service online
· Enabling buyers to raise disputes via the website
· Provide industry information via its Compliance Hub
· Enabling consumers or organisations to purchase directly, a range of inspection services from Dispute Assist
The above represents a very digitally led approach from a Dispute Resolution services provider. One that is focused on efficiency, ensuring that both businesses and consumers receive outcomes to their disputes as quickly as possible.
